About Catriona Mackenzie

Hi I’m Catriona and I run The Teatime Treatery. I live in Essex with my husband and two bunnies, Elvis and Belvedere. I’m obsessed with food, tea, vintage, travel and party planning.

My love for home baking and food in general comes from my parents. My Mum taught me how to bake and they always had me trying new foods from the word go. I was incredibly lucky to enjoy my Dad’s American style pancakes and cinnamon rolls on Saturdays and my Mum’s bolognese and chocolate pudding are to die for.

I’m always hungry but learned the benefit of a balanced and fresh diet the hard way after putting on a stone while travelling across the States. Personally, I blame the portion sizes…

I can mostly be found snapping photos wherever I go or singing while I bake in the kitchen. I love to share and learn through others so I’m hooked to Bloglovin and I regularly update our blog with my latest travels, foodie finds and reviews.
